Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Also featured in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
More materials released as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
